Launched in June 2014, Edulastic is a platform for personalized formative assessment for K-12 students, teachers and school districts. Edulastic was created by Snapwiz, a venture-backed education technology company with offices in Fremont, CA and Bangalore that provides a highly interactive, cloud-based learning environment for publishers. In its short time, thousands of educators have used Edulastic to get deeper insights into their students’ understanding.

Madhu Narasa is the CEO and co-founder of Snapwiz, a premier adaptive learning company. Madhu started Snapwiz with a simple mission: revitalize education with technology-based teaching solutions. In an effort to help solve some of the most pressing challenges facing institutions today, Madhu continually looks for new ways to help instructors deliver personalized education to their unique students while saving class time.
He has over 18 years of leadership experience in operational, business development, and start-up roles in consumer internet and technology. Before founding Snapwiz, he was Sr. Director at Dorado Network Systems and was responsible a mission critical SaaS business that supported over $30B/month transactions. Before Dorado, Madhu founded Tantriks Information Technology, a software development company which was later acquired by Analytica, an RFID middleware framework company. He has also held senior software architect level positions at Extensity Inc. and senior developer positions at Parametric Technology Corporation.
At Snapwiz, his vision for bringing personalized education to students works in tandem with his passion to build scalable software systems with beautiful product design and intuitive user experience.
Madhu has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS from Ohio State University and a B.Tech from IIT, Madras.

Satish has deep experience in managing products, technology and operations. Before joining Snapwiz, he co-founded Getvendors, an online marketing company that won several accolades from media and analysts. GetVendors, also an MIT business plan finalist, rapidly gained market traction and later was acquired by Connexus Corp. Satish held various senior level management and engineering positions at Oracle Corp.
He led a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to build Oracle supply chain mobility products and made it a market leading product suite. Satish co-founded Jigsaw Ventures, a non-profit firm that helped India based offshore companies incubate in the US.
Satish received his Masters in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and completed the Management of Technology program at Haas School of Business. He received his B.S from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
- Aditya AgarkarVP of Product, Co-Founder
Aditya is a seasoned executive with a solid track record in the technology industry. Prior to co-founding Snapwiz, Aditya was with Oracle Corp. for nine years where he held many senior level positions in the Applications division.
His most recent role at Oracle was as a Director of Product Strategy for leading the warehousing and mobile supply chain product lines. During this time he was instrumental in growing the product license revenue by over 400% in a span of 4 years.
Aditya received his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and his BS in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Leslie has led marketing at Internet companies for the past 15 years targeting both consumer and B2B customers. Most recently as Vice President of Marketing at JustAnswer and previously as Vice President of Marketing at ZipRealty, she led customer acquisition growth through online and offline channels, as well as customer retention and loyalty, marketing communications and branding.
Leslie received an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with concentrations in entrepreneurship and management of technology. She graduated cum laude from the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas, Austin, with concentrations in journalism and international studies.

Sriram leads Mobile Development at Snapwiz. Prior to founding Snapwiz, he was a Senior Engineer at Oracle Corporation, Yahoo Search and Bing.com (Microsoft). At Oracle he developed products for Identity management for Oracle E-Business Suite.
At Yahoo search, Sriram was responsible for Search Spelling Service Engineering and developed applications on Hadoop framework to process click log data to improve search engine ranking and massive web document processing. At Microsoft, he worked on Social Search product of bing.com. He and his team developed products for ingesting Facebook and Twitter data in real time using Azure platform.
Sriram received his MS from Arizona State University and BS in Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, India.Samba PotlaDirector of Engineering
Samba has over 13 years of professional experience spanning multiple industries including technology, commodity trading, insurance and banking – of which 10 years were spent in software product engineering services working with a wide range of software product companies.
Samba has developed a deep understanding of delivering software products in a distributed mode and uses this experience to advise and guide product designers. Prior to founding Snapwiz, Samba held architect and technical lead role at Dorado and responsible for a mission critical SaaS product that supported over $30B/month transactions. Prior to Dorado, Samba has spent many years in a technical role, working on Java, ETL and Datawarehousing for e-commerce applications.

Lawrence originally worked as an astrophysicist at Berkeley after completing a PhD at Harvard University.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in a wide variety of research areas from semiconductors to social media. Vinod has more than 16 years of professional experience in the technology sector spanning various domains like finance, loan and mortgage, employee background verification, and applicant tracking systems.
Before Snapwiz, Vinod worked for 7 years at First Advantage in various leadership roles. In his last role as Director of Product Development, he was responsible for owning end to end technology delivery for the fingerprinting platform.

Ileana is passionate about connecting educators to great resources. At Edulastic she focuses on digital media, content development, and community growth.
Before Edulastic, Ileana worked with the K-12 education program at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, a world-class non-profit organization, for five years. There she managed marketing, content development, and delivered over 75 professional development workshops and presentations for educators nationwide. Aside from education, Ileana worked in marketing communications at Yingli Solar, one of the world’s leading solar companies. There she focused on content development and event management around the industry's two largest tradeshows.

Tim has 20 years of educational publishing experience with over 12 years devoted to K-12 English/Language Arts assessment development. John is responsible for Business Development at Edulastic. He works closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to acquire new customers and manage partnerships.
John has 14 years experience in the educational software market in business development and product management positions. Previously, John was a Senior Program Manager at Cengage Learning where he managed the development of products that exceeded 300,000 customers and $30 million in annual revenue.

John is the Customer Success manager at Edulastic. His professional experience covers stints in multiple industries including financial services, market research and most recently, educational technology.
He was a part of the program management team at his last two positions, working on digital software products geared towards increasing student engagement and critical thinking skills in both the K-12 and higher ed space.
He realizes the importance of proactive and regular customer engagement in building lasting and strong relationships. He also enjoys working cross-functionally within Edulastic to advocate for customer needs.
John received his B.A in Integrative Biology from the University of California at Berkeley.
